Tamarisk Law Firm PLLC – Immigration, Federal & Cross-Border Practice

At Tamarisk Law Firm, we provide strategic, high-touch immigration representation for individuals, families, and businesses navigating complex U.S. immigration matters. Our firm intentionally maintains a limited caseload to ensure each case receives the depth of analysis, preparation, and advocacy it deserves.

We do not operate as a volume practice. We focus on precision, strategy, and long-term outcomes.

How Our Fees Are Structured

Most immigration matters are handled on a flat-fee or hybrid basis, determined after an attorney consultation and full case assessment. Fees are based on the complexity, risk profile, procedural posture, and strategic scope of each case.

All fees are clearly outlined in a written Attorney-Client Agreement prior to representation.

Important: Government filing fees, translations, expert reports, evaluations, and third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated.
